Vision Fee Plan is a flexible monthly payment option offered through our practice. It is designed specifically for refractive surgery, and features payments as low as $69 per month.

Cash or Check

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due one week prior to surgery. We accept personal and certified checks, but not business checks.

Flexible Spending Account

Your company may offer a medical spending account (also called a cafeteria plan) that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for your medical expenses. Refractive surgery such as LASIK is an eligible expense for this benefit program. Please contact your employer for more details to take advantage of this option.

Insurance Coverage

Most insurance companies do not cover refractive surgery, but you should check with your provider to be sure. If your insurance does offer a benefit, we will be happy to assist you in filing your claim.
